My role and my approach.

In the B&Q project, my role as a designer focused on creating the User Interface for two key areas: the Merchants Selling Centre and the Resource Centre.

For the Merchants Selling Centre, which serves as a landing for merchants looking to sell on B&Q, we started from scratch using their existing design system. The design and structure were carefully crafted, keeping the selling funnel in mind to ensure a seamless and effective user journey for potential sellers.

The Resource Centre is designed to be a hub where merchants can find all the necessary information to upload and sell their products online. My focus here was on organising content systematically, ensuring easy navigation, and making sure users could quickly find what they needed within each article. This approach aimed to enhance the overall user experience, making it user-friendly and efficient for merchants interacting with B&Q's online platform.
